Using this website
The information on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer or a quote. Prices on the Pricing page are illustrative test prices.
Sending the Book a Preflight Review form asks us to read your answers and contact you about whether there is a fit. The review is free. It does not create a contract or commit either side to anything. A full Preflight Audit is separate paid work, quoted in writing.
Send only information about your own business. Do not send your customers’ names, phone numbers or lists through the form, and do not send the form on someone else’s behalf unless they asked you to.
Scope of services
Before any work starts, you and we agree in writing on the scope: which service, which lead sources, the qualification rules, the booking rules and what we report.
We do only the work in that written scope. Anything outside it, such as ad spend, third-party software or custom development, is scoped and priced separately.
Message templates and workflows go live only after you approve them.
Payment
Fees, billing dates and payment terms are set in your written agreement before work starts. There are no fees outside that agreement.
Fees do not include sales tax. Where tax applies, it is shown separately on your invoice.
You pay advertising platforms and any third-party software directly.
If an audit fee can be credited toward a larger engagement, the terms of that credit are stated up front.
A performance fee applies only if your agreement includes one, and only for an event backed by records: its own ID, a time and its source. If a billable event cannot be proven, it is not billed.
Your agreement states what happens if a payment fails, including when work pauses.
Cancellation
Your agreement states how to cancel, how much notice is needed, how long a pilot runs, and what is owed for work already done.
It also states how your records are returned or exported to you when the engagement ends, and when our copies are deleted.
Limitations
No guaranteed sales. We commit to the work in the written scope, not to a number of leads, appointments, customers or revenue.
We do not control your pricing, your reputation, your capacity or your sales process, or whether a prospect attends and buys.
Sample reports on this site are labeled as illustrative and are not client results.
Limits on each side’s liability will be set in the written agreement after attorney review.
Service Scope and Results Disclaimer
Preflight Client provides business services for lead follow-up, lead recovery and appointment-related workflows, and only the services described in a signed service order. Available services, deliverables, fees and eligibility depend on the engagement.
No guaranteed results. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, appointments, attended appointments, sales, conversions, revenue or return on investment. Results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, your offer, pricing, sales process, response times, data quality, customer behavior and third-party systems.
Illustrations and examples. Sample prices, diagrams and sample reports on this site explain our approach. They are not client results unless they are identified as verified results. We do not present hypothetical performance as actual performance.
Service limitations. Preflight Client does not currently provide live phone answering, emergency dispatch or routing, phone calls or text messages to your prospects on your behalf, or automated calls or texts. Do not rely on Preflight Client for emergency handling, urgent customer communications, or anything not expressly agreed in writing and available.
Client responsibilities. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the offers and representations you approve, your own sales and fulfillment, and having the rights and permissions needed to share data and approve its agreed use. Each party remains responsible for its own legal obligations.
Third-party services. Some engagements depend on platforms, software, communication providers or systems you control. We do not control whether those services are available or how they perform.
Binding terms. This website gives general information about our services. Your signed client agreement and service order set the scope, fees, billing criteria, responsibilities, dispute process and other terms of an engagement. Nothing in this disclaimer removes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about your business, services, service area and booking rules.
- Share only contacts you are allowed to share, and tell us which ones gave permission to be contacted and by which channel.
- Tell us right away when someone asks you to stop contacting them.
- Review and approve the scope, qualification rules, message templates and booking criteria before launch.
- Answer the phone, attend booked appointments, quote, deliver and close the job.
- Supply reliable sales records if you want sales outcomes measured.
- Keep your own accounts with ad platforms and software providers, and pay them directly.
Your data
Your customer records stay yours. We use them only for the work in your written scope. How we process them, how long we keep them, and how they are returned to you are defined in your agreement.
What this website’s booking form stores is listed in the Privacy Policy.
Disputes
If you think an appointment or a charge is wrong, tell us. We review the documented evidence for it and correct the record. A disputed charge is under review and is not billed until the review is resolved. A duplicate, an invalid record, or any charge the evidence does not support is removed before invoicing. If it was already invoiced, it is credited on your next invoice, or, when no further invoice is due, refunded to the original payment method within 30 days, counted from the day we confirm in writing that the charge was unsupported. Your agreement states the review window.
For any other disagreement, we will first try to resolve it by talking it through. Which law governs and where a formal dispute is heard will be stated in the attorney-reviewed version and in your agreement.
Communication disclosures
These are limits on how messages are sent on a client’s behalf and how we contact you. They are rules, not a list of channels in use.
Consent
We contact a client’s past inquiries or customers only where the client confirms that person gave permission to be contacted, and only by the channel that permission covers. Before any outreach campaign launches, consent and opt-out records will be kept with date, time and source, and a single suppression list will be honored across every channel.
Contact details a client gives us are used only for that client’s approved workflow.
Opting out
Every message will tell the recipient how to stop further messages. A request to stop will go on that suppression list, will be honored across every workflow for that client and every channel, and will not be reversed without new permission.
Emails will say who they are from, use honest subject lines, include the sender’s postal address and include a working way to unsubscribe.
Text messages and phone calls
We do not currently call or text a client’s prospects or customers. If that changes, no text message or call will go out without the permission the law requires for that kind of message. Any call or text will respect do-not-call requests and legal calling hours.
No automated text messages, automated calls, or artificial or prerecorded voice calls are sent until a Texas attorney has reviewed the contract and the contact workflow.
Automated messages
An automated message will not claim to be a person. It will not offer discounts, make legal commitments or make claims about outcomes. Anything unusual, sensitive or outside the approved rules goes to a person.

When you contact us
If you send the Book a Preflight Review form, we contact you only about your review, by the method you chose. We call or text only if you chose a phone call or text message. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, this page changes. The draft notice stays at the top until the attorney-reviewed version replaces it.
