Refer a Business

Know a trade business with leads that never got booked? This page explains how referrals will work once the program opens.

Not open yet

The referral program has not launched.

There are no referral links, codes or rewards today. The full terms will be published on this page before it opens.

Introductions made before the program opens earn nothing unless approved in writing.

How a referral will work

This is the planned program, in three steps. A reward follows real business, never recruitment.

  1. Refer

You recommend a business through your referral link or code, or an introduction we record.

  2. Review

We check if the business is a good fit. It counts once it signs an agreement, pays, and the referral is confirmed as yours.

  3. Reward

The reward is paid as set out in the program terms.

The reward amount and eligibility will be stated before the program opens. Nothing is paid today.

Rules we will publish up front

What will count

  • A business that becomes a paying client because of your introduction.
  • Rewards will come from collected revenue that has cleared, not from invoices or sign-ups.
  • The referral window is published, so you know how long an introduction counts.
  • The reward amount and eligibility are stated before the program opens.

What will not count

  • Businesses already talking with us before your introduction.
  • Referring yourself, or accounts set up to look like referrals.
  • Duplicate referrals for the same business. The terms will say which one counts.
  • Recruiting other referrers. There is no downline and no fee to take part.

If a referral looks wrong, it is flagged for review, not quietly cancelled. We never tell a referrer how a business is doing in its sales conversation without that business’s permission.

Rewards and partners

Ordinary referrals are expected to earn a fixed reward for each new paying client, or an account credit toward your own fees. The amount is not set yet. It will be published with the program terms.

Accountants, web designers, consultants and others who work with trade businesses can ask about a separate partner arrangement, agreed and disclosed in writing. Some regulated professions cannot accept referral payments, and we will not ask them to.

Your referral status

Once the program opens, each referral will show one plain status.

  • Submitted
  • Qualified
  • Converted
  • Rejected
  • Pending
  • Paid

A pending reward is not owed until it is approved.

Pricing and referral transparency

  • Clear pay

What a referral earns will be stated before you make one.

  • No recruitment pay

Rewards will come from new clients, never from signing up other referrers.

  • No earnings promises

Referring is not an income opportunity.

  • Free to take part

    Nobody pays to join.

  • Disclosed recommendations

If you recommend us, say that you may receive a reward, right next to the recommendation.

  • Traceable rewards

Every reward will link to the client payment that triggered it.

  • Fair corrections

Mistakes will go through a dispute process, in the open.

  • No fabricated proof

We never ask anyone to claim they used the service, and no reward depends on a positive review.

Have a business in mind?

Until the program opens, they can book a free Preflight Review directly. It is a short review of their form answers and a call to decide whether there is a fit.

Introductions made before the program opens are appreciated but earn nothing unless approved in writing. The program’s effective date and eligibility rules will be published before it opens.
