Pricing
You pay for defined work, with the scope stated up front. Every fee ties to something you can check.
Illustrative test prices. Not a quote. Final scope and price are agreed in writing before any work starts.
No guaranteed results. We do not guarantee any number of leads, appointments, sales or revenue. We do not answer live calls, handle emergencies, or call or text your prospects, and we send no automated calls or texts. Your signed agreement and service order set the scope, fees and billing rules. Read the full Service Scope and Results Disclaimer.
Three ways to work with us, plus an optional performance fee
-
Preflight Audit
$250–$500 one-time
- We review how you handle leads and follow-up today.
- We find where jobs get stuck between first contact and a booked appointment.
- We estimate what could be won back, using your own records.
- You get a plan, most important first.
The fee may be credited toward a larger engagement. If so, the terms are stated up front.

Recommended
Lead Recovery Pilot
$750–$1,500 fixed fee, about 30 days
- One lead source, or a single group of leads.
- One follow-up process you approve.
- Rules for which leads fit and how they book, agreed in writing.
- A weekly report and a review at the end.
Scope limits. Additional lead sources, extra follow-up processes, ad spend and new software are outside the pilot. Anything added is scoped and priced separately.
-
Managed Acquisition
$1,000–$2,500+ per month
- We keep your follow-up process running and improve it.
- We set up and manage approved lead handling and follow-up.
- We track and report on every stage.
- We review lead quality, who showed up, and who became a customer.
Ad spend, third-party software and custom development are scoped separately.
-
Optional performance fee
$50–$150 per verified attended appointment
- Only if you agree to it in writing.
- Only for appointments that meet the definitions below.
- Only when records show the appointment took place.
This is a test rate, set per engagement. It is not a fixed published rate.
Clients pay ad platforms directly
- If you run ads, the spend goes from your account to the ad platform. It never passes through us, and it is not part of any fee above.
- Third-party software and custom development are quoted on their own, in writing, before anything is bought or built.
- Prices do not include sales tax. Where tax applies, it is shown separately on your invoice.
What each term means
These words decide what gets billed. They mean the same thing in every agreement and every report.
- Qualified
- A prospect who meets the criteria you approve in writing before launch: a service you offer, inside your service area, a real need, and working contact details.
- Booked
- A qualified prospect with an appointment on your calendar at a set time, confirmed with the prospect.
- Attended
- The booked appointment took place, as shown by your calendar or job records.
- Duplicate
- An appointment already counted once in this engagement, or a prospect you had already booked yourself before we contacted them. Duplicates are never billed.
- Invalid
- A record that fails the agreed criteria, such as wrong contact details, an address outside your service area, or a service you do not offer. Invalid records are never billed.
- Disputed
- A billable event you challenge, with your reason, within the review window in your agreement. It is under review and not billed until the review is resolved. If it was already billed, the credit rule below applies.
- Credit
- The correction for a duplicate, an invalid record, or any charge the evidence does not support. If it has not been invoiced yet, it is removed before invoicing. If it has, it is credited on your next invoice, or, when no further invoice is due, refunded to the original payment method within 30 days, counted from the day we confirm in writing that the charge was unsupported.
Every billable event will have a record
- A unique ID for every lead and every appointment.
- Timestamps for each contact, response and booking.
- The source record showing where the lead came from.
- A statement of billable events before each invoice, with a review window set in your service order to dispute any of them.
- A dispute process. You flag an event, we review the evidence together, and a charge the evidence does not support is removed or credited under the rule above.
If we cannot prove a billable event happened, we do not bill for it.

We read your form answers and have a short call to decide whether there is a fit. If there is, we agree scope and price in writing before any work starts.
