Check the process before you chase more leads.

We help home-service trade businesses follow up with people who already asked about a job. More of them can become booked appointments, and you get a plain report of what happened.

Why “Preflight”

Before a business spends money chasing growth, it is worth checking the process it already has.

  • Where do leads come in?
  • Who answers them?
  • What happens to an estimate after it is sent?

That check comes first. Find what is broken, fix it, and get the process ready before adding anything new.

How we work

  • Results you can check

We will report what matters to a trade business: who was contacted, who replied, who booked and who showed up. Sales are counted too, when you supply the records. Clicks and message counts on their own are not results.

  • People stay in charge

Automation will handle the repeatable tasks, under rules you approve. People will handle the exceptions. Anything unusual, sensitive or outside your written rules will go to a person.

  • Everything in writing

Scope, fit rules and booking rules are written down. You approve them before anything starts. Every lead and appointment will have its own record, time and source, so each report can be checked.

What we will not do

Plain limits, stated up front.

  • No guaranteed sales. We commit to the work in your written scope, not to a number of customers.
  • No fabricated leads. Every lead and appointment we report will come from a real record.
  • No undisclosed billing. Every fee is in your agreement. If a billable event cannot be proven, it is not billed.
  • No invented proof. Preflight Client is new, so there are no client results to show yet. We will publish only results a client has reviewed and approved.

We also do not control your pricing, your reputation, your capacity or how a sale is handled. After an appointment is booked, your team still answers the phone, attends, quotes, delivers and closes the job.

Where we are starting

We are starting in the Austin, Texas area. Supported industries are HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing and other estimate-driven services.
