Services

One core service: turning interest you already have into booked appointments. Three ways to use it, each with its deliverables stated up front.

No guaranteed results. We do not guarantee any number of leads, appointments, sales or revenue. We do not answer live calls, handle emergencies, or call or text your prospects, and we send no automated calls or texts. Your signed agreement and service order set the scope, fees and billing rules. Read the full Service Scope and Results Disclaimer.

Lead Recovery

Follow up with past leads and old estimates that never booked, where you have permission to contact them. People who are interested and a good fit are sent on to booking.

It is the usual place to start. The interest already exists, and every outcome can be checked against your own records. Before any outreach launches, opt-out and contact rules will be set up and will apply to every message.

Today the follow-up is sent by your own team, from the lists, approved messages and booking rules we prepare. Once the prerequisites in your agreement are met, we can also send one-to-one emails by hand on your behalf. We do not call or text your prospects.

What you get

Lead audit
Which past leads and estimates are eligible to contact, and on what permission.
Approved follow-up messages
The messages, approved by you before anything is sent.
Response handling
Replies are handled under your approved workflow and checked against your criteria, and every opt-out is honored.
Booking process
Interested, good-fit leads are sent on to a booking on your calendar.
Recovery report
Who was contacted, who responded, what was booked and what happened next.

Two services are planned

They are not available yet. We will add them only once we can deliver them well. This is what each one will include.

Planned

Follow-Up Automation

Planned, not available yet. A consistent response to every new inquiry, with qualification and routing to the right person.

When it is offered, new inquiries from web forms will get the same prompt first response by email, set up in your own systems and sent under your name, even while your crew is on a job. Unusual cases will go to a person, not a script.

Illustration: a teal line runs through a row of evenly spaced checkpoints, then splits into separate paths, one ending in a check mark and one in a bell.

What it will include

Process setup
The steps a new lead moves through, set up to match how your business takes work.
Approved templates
Every message is written down and approved by you before it is used.
Routing rules
Which leads go to which person on your team.
Escalation
Urgent or unusual inquiries are handed to a person, with the conversation so far.
Monitoring
We will watch for failed or missed responses and report what we find.

Planned

New Lead Acquisition

Planned, not available yet. Marketing for new inquiries, such as ads run in your own ad accounts, with transparent reporting. It will never use bought or rented contact lists, cold calls or cold texts.

It will be added once your follow-up process is working, so new interest is not lost the way old interest was.

Illustration: an overhead grid with a few houses. Dotted paths come in from the edges and join teal lines that meet at a single check mark in the center.

What it will include

The scope will be agreed in writing before work starts. It will always include:

Written scope
The channel, the audience, the budget and what will be reported.
Transparent reporting
What was spent, what came in and what was booked.
Direct ad billing
If you run ads, you pay the ad platform directly.

Rules every service follows

  • Only channels we can deliver

We offer a channel only once we can reliably deliver it for your business. Channels are added as they are validated, and each one is named in your written scope.

  • Permission first

Only eligible people are contacted, where permission exists. Before any outreach campaign launches, consent and opt-out records will be kept with date, time and source, and a single suppression list will be honored across every channel.

  • Your approval in writing

Messages, qualification criteria and booking rules are approved by you before they are used.

  • A person for exceptions

Repeatable tasks follow the approved workflow. Anything unusual goes to a person.

Not sure which service fits?

The Preflight Review is free: a short review of your form answers and a call to decide whether there is a fit. A full Preflight Audit is paid work, quoted separately in writing.
