Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to what business owners ask first. Pick what you are deciding.
What you do
What we handle, and what your team keeps.
Do you replace my sales team?
No. We help get qualified prospects onto your calendar. Your team still answers the phone, attends the appointment, quotes the job and closes the sale.
Do I need to buy advertising?
Not necessarily. Lead recovery starts with inquiries and estimates you already have. If you do run ads, you pay the ad platform directly.
What it costs
How fees work, and how each bill is checked.
How do you charge?
You pay for defined work: a one-time fee for an audit or a fixed-fee pilot, a monthly fee for ongoing management, and, only if agreed, a fee for each verified attended appointment. Scope and price are agreed in writing before any work starts. The Pricing page shows illustrative test prices.
What if an appointment is invalid?
Every billable appointment needs documented evidence: its own record, the time it was booked and where it came from. You get a statement of billable events before each invoice and a review window, set in your service order, to dispute any of them. If you dispute one, we review that evidence and correct the record. If a billable event cannot be proven, it is not billed.
Your data
Who owns your customer records.
Who owns my customer data?
You do. Your customer records stay yours. How we process them, how long we keep them, and how they are returned to you are defined in your written agreement.
Limits
What we will not claim, and what we do not do.
Do you guarantee new customers?
No. We commit to the work in your written scope: setting up follow-up under rules you approve, qualifying responses against your criteria, and reporting what happened. Whether a prospect becomes a customer also depends on things we do not control, such as your pricing, your capacity and how the sale is handled.
How quickly will I see results?
We cannot tell you in advance what the outcome or the timing will be. Work starts with a pilot period, and the criteria for judging it are agreed in writing before it begins.
Can you use AI to call or text my prospects?
Not today. If we ever do, it will be only where the channel, the use case and the permissions allow it, and not before a Texas attorney has reviewed the contact workflow. Every message will give the recipient a way to opt out, and opt-outs will be honored. A person will handle escalations and anything unusual or sensitive. The communication disclosures in the Terms of Service set out the full rules.
